Join the conversation

In the Join the conversation, debates section of the site you can present and share your opinion with other people on issues of concern to you related to  Fife. It is also a place to generate ideas that through the other sections of Let's Talk about our Fife will help lead to concrete actions by Fife Council and partners.

Proposals

In the citizen proposals section you can make proposals for Fife Council and partners to carry out. The proposals require support, and if they reach sufficient support, they are put to a public vote. The proposals approved in these citizens' votes will be considered by Fife Council and partners.

Participatory Budgeting

The You Decide, participatory budgeting section helps people make a direct decision on what part of a public budget is spent on.

"Support" and "Voting" phases of participatory budgets.

Polls

The polls section is activated each time a proposal reaches 1% support and goes to the vote or when Fife Council or its partners proposes an issue for people to decide on.

Processes

In the Let's Talk, processes section, citizens participate in the drafting and modification of regulations affecting Fife and can give their opinion on public policies in previous debates.
